How to shorten time to productivity. How to increase employee engagement. How to create culture, power productivity, increase retention, and build employer brand. 

    I help organizations increase market value, defend market position, sustain differentiation, and strengthen their value delivery systems, all by strengthening their people systems. Because organizations don’t create value, people do. And in any system, if you want to strengthen your outputs, you have to strengthen your inputs. For organizations, that mostly has to do with people and culture.
