We have increasingly been working side-by-side with people from different generations. This can bring some great perspectives and diversity to work, but it can also present unique challenges. In this presentation, we will explore the different generations and their personalities and then discuss ways to better facilitate good communication, feedback, and approaches to work.

Greg Danklef is the Director of Human Resource Development at BYU. He designs and presents training workshops to BYU employees and provides consulting services to departments across campus. Prior to joining BYU, Greg worked for a consulting firm in Chicago and for Sandy City as an HR Generalist. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and master's degrees in public administration and business. He is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a facilitator for several training programs, including Crucial Conversations, Influencer, Project Management, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessments. Greg lives in Provo with his wife and two children.
