Metrics are commonly used in HR, but too often with only a limited HR focus. Unfortunately, many times we go through the motions just to say we’re measuring without any attention to or consideration of how the information will be used outside of our HR realm.

How do we use these same familiar measures in a strategic way to truly help the C-suite achieve corporate goals?

We’ll discuss going beyond basic measures and reports to use that data for things that really matter such as tying employee turn-over to customer/client turnover, compensation numbers to achieve sales goals, etc.
